Over the past two days, our staff training has focused on learning, collaboration and preparing for the new term.

We revisited our company vision, refreshed key administrative and class information, and developed our approach to teaching PF1 and multi-level classes. Staff shared practical ways to support and challenge every child through engaging, inclusive lessons.

On day two, the focus shifted to making RWL lessons meaningful and relevant. Through cooperative learning, storytelling, games, teamwork and role play, we explored creative ways to bring the curriculum to life.

It was a productive two days filled with thoughtful discussion, fresh ideas and plenty of smiles. We’re feeling inspired and ready for the term ahead! 🌟📚✨
