About AtoZ English

Termination

These are year-long classes, and children are expected to attend all three terms.

Should you need to deregister during the school year, please note that there are only two designated periods when notice can be given:

  • Winter Term Deregistration Deadline: Friday 31 October 2025
  • Spring Term Deregistration Deadline: Friday 27 February 2026

Outside of these periods, it is expected that children will continue attending classes. No refunds will be issued for deregistrations made during term time.

Payment Policy – Late or Missed Payments

Timely payment is important to help us manage our classes smoothly. Fees must be paid by the stated deadlines each term.

  • If payment is not received on time, a first reminder will be issued, and a 5 CHF reminder fee will be applied.
  • If payment remains outstanding, a second reminder will follow, with an additional 10 CHF reminder fee.
Class Duration

The lessons are 45-60 minutes in duration, and we meet once per week during term time. Classes are designed to last 60 minutes with a maximum of 10 children. When a class has less than 4 children we find that 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time to teach the course content without losing concentration and still gaining the maximum amount of knowledge.

All classes will only run with sufficient take-up.
